Roasted Tomato Bisque
Basil crème fraiche, garlic croutons


Medley of Organic Greens
Seasonal garnish and choice of dressing.


Heart of Romaine Salad
Shaved Parmesan, baguette croutons, with or with-out anchovies.


Entrees Choice of:

Chicken Breast “En Gratin”
Mozzarella, basil, and ricotta ravioli and a light Marinara Sauce.


Beef Rib-Eye Steak
7 Ounces of Colorado beef, topped with caramelized onions and Yukon mashed potatoes and asparagus.


Alaskan Halibut Fillet
Topped with asparagus, Béarnaise sauce, and wild rice Pilaf.


Vegetarian Pasta Prima Vera
Tri-colored pasta with basil pesto, seasonal vegetables, and Parmesan cheese.


(Add Four Tiger Shrimp for $5.00 to any meal.)
